I'm afraid this post is going to be a boring one. Please skip it, if you don't really care about taxes. I totally understand. It's just what's on my mind at the moment. *laugh*

I'm working on 2008 taxes. The truth is, I usually spend a few weeks on them since I keep thinking, Did I forget something?

I really hate that feeling of uncertainty.

Of course I use TurboTax, so that helps guide me through the process.

This year, I am getting Quicken so my 2009 taxes will be that much easier to process. Did I mention that I try to organize my parents' finances? 

I think money makes a lot of people nervous, including me. With the economy so crapola, I'm just trying to make sure that everything is flowing smoothly.

I try to organize expenses by categories and my goal is to make it as simple as possible to track everything.

Oh! Have you guys tried Mint.com?

Since I mostly use my ATM card to buy things, it's a great way to track you spending, set a budget, and send yourself notices. I totally love it.
