Scary Sci-Fi

I’m a scaredy cat. I don’t enjoy horror movies or playing video games that let you hack and slash people or go up against the Umbrella Corp or whatever. That being said, one of my favorite movies is Dark City. While it is frightening, there is just something compelling about film. 

A Director’s Cut has just been released on blu-ray. I’m trying to watch it right now, but I’m a little too scared to watch the new version for the first time at night.

Even though I’m pretty familiar with the story, I’m not so good with having these visuals in my wee mind before I go to sleep…

I’m sure that I’m going to have some weird dreams if I continue.
