Things I Have Learned From Manga
While driving in the car today with Nay, I was discussing manga and all the interesting good bits. She had just purchased Hana-Kimi and telling me about the gay physician at the all boys school was the 4th most popular character (after the trio of the love triangle).
I told her that there were just many thing you can learn from manga – aside from how fun fabulous homosexual men are.
- Ambigiously gay men are v. intriguing. Wait. All gay men are! Especially if they are funny.
- Fruits Basket
- Hana-Kimi
- Never trust music executives from rival companies
- Kaikan Phrase (Sensual Phrase)
- Gravitation
- Your worst enemy can become your best ally! (Hm… wait, that can work both ways!)
- Mars
- Hana Yori Dango
- Kareshi Kanojo no Jijou (Kare-Kano)
- Yuu Yuu Hakusho
- Fushigi Yuugi (for opposite day!)
- You can ALWAYS find power deep within… even when it seems that all is lost!
- Dragonball Z
- Yuu Yuu Hakusho
I’m sure that there are more. Comments and additions welcome.
