10 Year High School Reunion

by ardith

It’s been 10 years since I graduated from Mt. Carmel High School. I just received the invitation to our 10 year reunion.

Now this is where I start to feel old. But the thing is, I don’t really feel all that different from my high school self.

Well, of course, I am different, but still….

I’m looking foward to seeing my old high school friends… Although I run into some of them every year or so at San Diego Comic Con. *laugh*

I liked high school. I had fun in AP classes (though I ditched AP English for the faaaar easier Brit Lit!), read a lot, hung out with my friends and in the Library.

I don’t think I’ll ever grow out of my geekiness. I kind of like it though. I mean popular people had all sorts of pressure and stuff. There is much to say about just worrying about your school work rather than trying to be the top dog in the social department. ^_^

I haven’t kept in touch with most of my high school friends. I’m horrible at it, to tell you the truth. Friendster.com can helped a bit, but still…

I guess if people really wanted to find me, google is the best way. I mean…. A search for “Ardith Santia garners a lot of stuff… Anime mostly. Which I was into in HS.

Does this mean I am living my dream job? ^_^ I guess. *laugh* It’s nice though.

Convention Season 2005

by ardith

Ok, so it’s one of the craziest parts of the year for us. Anime ExpoComic Con, and Otakon - the trifecta of convention torture! *laugh*

It’s not that I don’t like conventions, it’s just the prep that’s killer. And AX is particularly horrid since we have INVENTORY right before hand.

Please come by our AX booth (#415) and our Comic Con Booth (4051). We gotst the goods! Um, literally.

Piso Mojado

by ardith

My talented & smart friend Stephanie is an actor. She and her other talented acting friends are staging an EXPERIENCE this weekend.

So if you are in Los Angeles, Enter the Piso tonight!

One night only.

Then they disappear into the darkness of their minds. Um, until the next time.
